This training enables candidates to establish rapport with the patient/doctor, use language appropriate to the person in role play, and respond appropriately to the needs of the patient to resolve any issues that may arise, such as drug dosages, drug interactions, contraindications, medication duplication, unintended changes in medication or dosage, and drug-induced illnesses.
